Apple upozorňuje na potenciálny nedostatok Macov kvôli čipom

Súčasné problémy s nedostatkom čipov môžu mať neskôr tento rok dopad aj na dostupnosť produktov Apple.

Pri ohlásení finančných výsledkov za prvý štvrťrok na to upozornil CEO Tim Cook, informuje BBC.

Nedostatok sa môže týkať Macov a iPadov postavených na vlastnom procesore Apple M1. Či je dôvodom očakávaný nedostatok práve procesorov Apple M1, ktoré pre Apple vyrába TSMC, nie je jasné.

Jedným z dôvodov súčasného nedostatku čipov je zvýšený dopyt po počítačových zariadeniach pre aktuálnu situáciu s epidémiou, kvôli ktorej čoraz viac ľudia pracujú a vzdelávajú sa na diaľku z domu. Pre zvýšený dopyt výrobcovia nestíhajú pokrývať dopyt po rozličných typoch čipov.

Podľa neoficiálnych informácií zo začiatku apríla problémy s nedostatkom čipov už majú dopad na výrobu notebookov MacBook a tabletov iPad a prichádza k oneskoreniam vo výrobe. Na dostupnosť produktov Apple pre zákazníkov zatiaľ problémy dopad mať nemali.

Na ND som ho uz preplatil o viac ako 100% a aj akurat teraz mam objednanu zlomenu hadicu za "ludovych" 20€.
